The team has been incredibly kind and helpful from the start of my application process all the way to receiving my keys and the furnishing guide for my rental. They also made the walkthrough process seamless. A special thanks to Talaiah and Elizabeth for guiding me through everything as I moved into my new apartment. The apartment is clean and looks great—I’m very happy with it!

I don't even know where to begin, but the team here is amazing! They have helped me so much! My situation was not normal and was a bit frustrating but they worked with me through all of the delays, kept in contact through the whole process and helped me with all of my questions! The property has been through a lot due to the hurricanes but they kept us in the know and were incredibly helpful and sympathetic through all of the repairs! I had some issues with my AC due to the hurricane that were resolved same day! I also had an issue with my account and again they exceeded my expectations by looking into the issue immediately and resolved the matter within the hour! I'm so happy I chose Captiva. Yall are amazing ! Thank you for all that you do!

I moved down to Florida for school and needed somewhere that was safe, affordable, and close by. I am impressed by how clean and nice everything is, as well as how safe and quiet the community is overall. Whenever I've had an issue maintenance will resolve it quickly and they're very nice. They recently renovated the laundry and gym and so far I am LOVING IT. If you're moving and looking for a place to live, this is a great affordable option. Especially for the area.
