Quiet and affordable

These apartments are great, price is about average in the area and are very quiet. I love how the other neighbors come together in the grill area and make friends. The ladies in the office are very polite and helpful. Love to live here.

Reasonable priced apartments

I was looking for a reasonable price apartment in the Tampa area and after touring these apartments loved it here. The office manager made my process easy and pleasant and my stay has been good. Maintenance is quick and very knowledgeable and they solve my request in no time.

I've lived at Fernwood for ~6 years and have had a TON of ups and downs. The community has been sold and bought multiple times and the current owners, Sinatra & Company, are *not* the best Fernwood has had. The company resides in Buffalo and they are very hands off whenever there is an issue with the office/community.
Rental prices and additional fees have increased exponentially, but the amenities are NOT what is presented by the complex. The controlled access gate has not worked in years... (literally), only a few washer and dryers are available for use in the laundry facility, the "dog park" is a small square of turf, and there is no "clubhouse" on site. Pest control is also a major issue. We pay $5/month, but the complex does not actually service the property or our units. This fact was never communicated, but then when you contact them to request service it takes weeks.
Communication by office staff does need improvement due to it being very inconsistent, but overall Nataly has been an asset to the community.

They responded es right away when I had to have a screen replaced.Everyone has beyvery courteous.Nataly was very helpful when we were applying.
