I'm looking for someone to take over my 1 bedroom 1 bathroom lease in a 4x4 apartment. Fully furnished. Available for move-in... by May 1st for Summer Term. If you have to move in later during May, we can arrange for me to cover some of May's rent. The rent is $910; additional costs add to $994.50 monthly, including rent, parking, insurance, and FETCH delivery service. There is a $30/month electricity allowance. Apartment is approximately 1 mile from USF, with certain places such as the MSC and USF Library being less than 1 mile. The complex name is Union on Fletcher. My lease ends on July 31st. The current roommates tend to mostly keep to themselves; however, they are friendly and can assist you with any questions you may have. The apartment is for female tenants preferred. Does not come with decor, but does come with a bed, desk, and two dresser drawers. There is storage space available under the bed and above the walk-in closet. Unit has a washer and dryer. Also, unit has a balcony. Wifi included, and the living room has a TV.
