Urban Place Apartment, 4 Bed 2 Bath, Walking distance!

4 beds, 2 baths, two stories with a spiral staircase! the porch backs up to a GORGEOUS pond full of turtles and ducks & herons etc. the kitchen is super nice, downstairs is tiled with a modern bathroom and carpeted rooms + the rooms are really... spacious! i’m looking for 3 other roommates, but because it’s grandfathered in, you could have 2 per room if you wanted to. i don’t imagine that’s what people will want except maybe in the master. both bathrooms are accessible to everyone (the downstairs bathroom isn’t connected to the master, just very close). there’s a bus stop RIGHT in front of the neighborhood, and usf is literally one street away. i have tons of photos and videos from walking around in the neighborhood, so tell me if you’d like to see!! i also know people looking into the unit right next to it. the porches face eachother and it would be a nice built in group of students.
